These tools help with analysis,\r\n        but they do not create guaranteed outcomes.\r\n      <\/p>\r\n\r\n      <p>\r\n        You understand and agree that AtlantisFX does not guarantee:\r\n      <\/p>\r\n\r\n      <ul class=\"afx-terms-list\">\r\n        <li>first-page Google rankings;<\/li>\r\n        <li>specific organic traffic increases;<\/li>\r\n        <li>specific AI search visibility;<\/li>\r\n        <li>appearance in ChatGPT, Google AI Overviews, Perplexity, Gemini, Copilot, or other AI systems;<\/li>\r\n        <li>Google Business Profile rankings or map pack placement;<\/li>\r\n        <li>indexing speed or search engine crawling behavior;<\/li>\r\n        <li>sales, leads, revenue, conversions, or market share;<\/li>\r\n        <li>approval by any third-party platform, payment provider, search engine, or AI system.<\/li>\r\n      <\/ul>\r\n\r\n      <p>\r\n        Search engines, AI platforms, social platforms, payment providers, hosting providers, plugins,\r\n        APIs, advertising platforms, analytics tools, and browser technologies may change their rules,\r\n        algorithms, policies, availability, or ranking systems at any time. AtlantisFX is not responsible\r\n        for changes made by third parties.\r\n      <\/p>\r\n\r\n      <div class=\"afx-terms-callout\">\r\n        <strong>No ranking guarantee:<\/strong>\r\n        AtlantisFX provides professional analysis, implementation support, and strategic recommendations.\r\n        Search and AI visibility depend on many factors outside AtlantisFX control, including competition,\r\n        platform rules, website history, content quality, technical limitations, market demand, user behavior,\r\n        and third-party algorithms.\r\n      <\/div>\r\n    <\/section>\r\n\r\n    <section id=\"terms-client\" class=\"afx-terms-section\">\r\n      <div class=\"afx-section-number\">06<\/div>\r\n      <h2>Client Responsibilities<\/h2>\r\n\r\n      <p>\r\n        You are responsible for providing accurate, complete, current, and lawful information needed for\r\n        AtlantisFX to deliver services. This may include website access, company information, business\r\n        descriptions, service details, target markets, analytics context, branding materials, technical\r\n        details, legal requirements, and project preferences.\r\n      <\/p>\r\n\r\n      <p>\r\n        You confirm that:\r\n      <\/p>\r\n\r\n      <ul class=\"afx-terms-list\">\r\n        <li>you have the right to submit any content, documents, images, data, logos, account information, or materials you provide;<\/li>\r\n        <li>your business, website, services, and submitted materials do not violate applicable law or third-party rights;<\/li>\r\n        <li>you will not submit unlawful, misleading, infringing, harmful, abusive, defamatory, discriminatory, or malicious content;<\/li>\r\n        <li>you will review all recommendations, reports, website changes, AI-assisted outputs, and deliverables before relying on them;<\/li>\r\n        <li>you will maintain secure access to your own accounts, websites, hosting, domains, email, analytics tools, and third-party platforms;<\/li>\r\n        <li>you will promptly provide information, approvals, corrections, and access reasonably needed for the project.<\/li>\r\n      <\/ul>\r\n\r\n      <p>\r\n        You must not send passwords, secret API keys, payment credentials, database credentials, private\r\n        keys, or other sensitive access details through insecure channels. If access is required, AtlantisFX\r\n        may ask you to use a secure method or a limited-access account. AtlantisFX may refuse to process\r\n        access details that are provided in an unsafe manner.\r\n      <\/p>\r\n\r\n      <p>\r\n        Delays caused by missing information, late approvals, unavailable access, third-party restrictions,\r\n        unclear instructions, unpaid invoices, or client-side technical limitations may extend delivery\r\n        timelines and may not entitle you to a refund unless required by law or separately agreed in writing.\r\n      <\/p>\r\n    <\/section>\r\n\r\n    <section id=\"terms-orders\" class=\"afx-terms-section\">\r\n      <div class=\"afx-section-number\">07<\/div>\r\n      <h2>Orders, Proposals, Scope, and Changes<\/h2>\r\n\r\n      <p>\r\n        AtlantisFX services may be ordered through the website, a pricing page, a written proposal, a\r\n        custom invoice, manual confirmation, email approval, client portal workflow, or another agreed\r\n        method. Partial refunds, credits, pauses, or service adjustments may be considered case by\r\n        case, but are not guaranteed unless required by law or agreed in writing.\r\n      <\/p>\r\n\r\n      <p>\r\n        Consumer customers may have statutory rights that cannot be excluded by these Terms.
