They may include\r\n        research, review, configuration, communication, content analysis, AI-assisted processing, project\r\n        planning, website diagnostics, SEO recommendations, automation logic, or report creation.\r\n      <\/p>\r\n\r\n      <p>\r\n        Once AtlantisFX has started meaningful work, allocated time, reviewed your website, processed\r\n        materials, prepared recommendations, configured tools, created a client workspace, drafted outputs,\r\n        generated a report, or otherwise performed service activity, a full refund may no longer be\r\n        available unless required by law or agreed in writing.\r\n      <\/p>\r\n\r\n      <p>\r\n        Depending on the situation, AtlantisFX may offer one of the following:\r\n      <\/p>\r\n\r\n      <ul class=\"afx-refund-policy-list\">\r\n        <li>a full refund if no work has started and no non-recoverable cost has been incurred;<\/li>\r\n        <li>a partial refund for the portion of work not yet performed;<\/li>\r\n        <li>a correction, clarification, replacement, or revision if a deliverable has a verified defect;<\/li>\r\n        <li>a service credit for future AtlantisFX work;<\/li>\r\n        <li>a project pause, rescheduling, or revised scope where commercially reasonable;<\/li>\r\n        <li>no refund where the service is complete, delivered, accessed, used, approved, or non-refundable under applicable terms.<\/li>\r\n      <\/ul>\r\n    <\/section>\r\n\r\n    <section id=\"refund-one-time\" class=\"afx-refund-policy-section\">\r\n      <div class=\"afx-refund-section-number\">06<\/div>\r\n      <h2>One-Time Services<\/h2>\r\n\r\n      <p>\r\n        One-time services may include fixed-scope website audits, AI visibility reviews, SEO infrastructure\r\n        checks, automation planning, technical setup, consulting sessions, report packages, WordPress\r\n        support, or other defined digital work.\r\n      <\/p>\r\n\r\n      <div class=\"afx-refund-policy-table\" role=\"table\" aria-label=\"One-time service refund overview\">\r\n        <div role=\"row\">\r\n          <strong role=\"cell\">Before work starts<\/strong>\r\n          <span role=\"cell\">Refund may be available, minus any lawful non-recoverable payment, administrative, or third-party costs.<\/span>\r\n        <\/div>\r\n        <div role=\"row\">\r\n          <strong role=\"cell\">After analysis starts<\/strong>\r\n          <span role=\"cell\">Refund may be partial or unavailable depending on the work already performed.<\/span>\r\n        <\/div>\r\n        <div role=\"row\">\r\n          <strong role=\"cell\">After delivery<\/strong>\r\n          <span role=\"cell\">Refund is normally unavailable unless there is a verified defect that AtlantisFX cannot reasonably correct.<\/span>\r\n        <\/div>\r\n        <div role=\"row\">\r\n          <strong role=\"cell\">After approval or use<\/strong>\r\n          <span role=\"cell\">Refund is normally unavailable for work that has been accepted, used, downloaded, implemented, or relied upon.<\/span>\r\n        <\/div>\r\n      <\/div>\r\n\r\n      <p>\r\n        If a one-time service is materially incomplete or materially different from the confirmed scope,\r\n        AtlantisFX should first be given a reasonable opportunity to review the issue and correct, clarify,\r\n        complete, or replace the deliverable.\r\n      <\/p>\r\n    <\/section>\r\n\r\n    <section id=\"refund-subscriptions\" class=\"afx-refund-policy-section\">\r\n      <div class=\"afx-refund-section-number\">07<\/div>\r\n      <h2>Subscriptions, Monthly Plans, and Recurring Services<\/h2>\r\n\r\n      <p>\r\n        AtlantisFX may offer recurring services such as monthly plans, ongoing SEO support, AI visibility\r\n        monitoring, reporting, automation maintenance, client portal access, workflow support, or business\r\n        visibility improvement services.\r\n      <\/p>\r\n\r\n      <p>\r\n        Unless a specific plan states otherwise, cancelling a subscription stops future renewal charges.\r\n        Cancellation does not automatically refund fees already charged for a current or completed billing\r\n        period.\r\n      <\/p>\r\n\r\n      <p>\r\n        If a billing period has already started, AtlantisFX may continue providing access or service until\r\n        the end of that paid period, unless the applicable subscription terms, technical setup, payment\r\n        system, or mandatory law provides otherwise.\r\n      <\/p>\r\n\r\n      <p>\r\n        If a subscription includes immediate access to digital features, reports, dashboards, monitoring,\r\n        technical workflows, automation logic, or ongoing support, refund eligibility may be limited once\r\n        access or service performance has started.\r\n      <\/p>\r\n\r\n      <div class=\"afx-refund-policy-callout\">\r\n        <strong>Cancellation principle:<\/strong>\r\n        AtlantisFX aims to keep subscription cancellation clear and reasonable. Where a service is purchased\r\n        online and a cancellation channel is operationally available, AtlantisFX aims to provide a written\r\n        or online cancellation route.\r\n      <\/div>\r\n    <\/section>\r\n\r\n    <section id=\"refund-custom-work\" class=\"afx-refund-policy-section\">\r\n      <div class=\"afx-refund-section-number\">08<\/div>\r\n      <h2>Custom Work, Strategy, Reports, and Implementation<\/h2>\r\n\r\n      <p>\r\n        Custom work means work created, prepared, reviewed, configured, written, designed, coded, analyzed,\r\n        or implemented for your specific business, website, account, project, data, content, market,\r\n        workflow, or brand.\r\n      <\/p>\r\n\r\n      <p>\r\n        Custom work may include AI visibility reports, SEO audits, content recommendations, automation\r\n        maps, website structure guidance, client portal configuration, WordPress adjustments, payment\r\n        workflow support, technical setup, or tailored business growth strategy.\r\n      <\/p>\r\n\r\n      <p>\r\n        Unless mandatory law requires otherwise, custom work is normally non-refundable once started,\r\n        because it is client-specific and cannot be returned or resold in the same way as a physical\r\n        product.\r\n      <\/p>\r\n\r\n      <p>\r\n        If custom work has not started and no third-party cost has been incurred, cancellation may be\r\n        possible. If work has started, AtlantisFX may calculate any refund based on the portion not yet\r\n        performed, less lawful non-recoverable costs.\r\n      <\/p>\r\n    <\/section>\r\n\r\n    <section id=\"refund-third-party\" class=\"afx-refund-policy-section\">\r\n      <div class=\"afx-refund-section-number\">09<\/div>\r\n      <h2>Third-Party Costs, Tools, Plugins, Domains, and External Services<\/h2>\r\n\r\n      <p>\r\n        Some projects may involve third-party costs, including domains, hosting, premium WordPress themes,\r\n        plugins, APIs, AI tools, analytics tools, automation platforms, email tools, stock assets, payment\r\n        processing fees, advertising spend, translation, legal review, or external software subscriptions.\r\n      <\/p>\r\n\r\n      <p>\r\n        Unless AtlantisFX states otherwise in writing, third-party costs are not included in AtlantisFX\r\n        service fees and may be non-refundable once purchased, reserved, licensed, activated, downloaded,\r\n        used, connected, or billed by the third-party provider.\r\n      <\/p>\r\n\r\n      <p>\r\n        AtlantisFX is not responsible for refund decisions, cancellation rules, renewal charges, account\r\n        restrictions, pricing changes, service outages, or policy changes imposed by third-party providers.\r\n      <\/p>\r\n    <\/section>\r\n\r\n    <section id=\"refund-nonrefundable\" class=\"afx-refund-policy-section\">\r\n      <div class=\"afx-refund-section-number\">10<\/div>\r\n      <h2>Cases Where Refunds May Be Refused<\/h2>\r\n\r\n      <p>\r\n        Unless mandatory law requires otherwise, AtlantisFX may refuse a refund where:\r\n      <\/p>\r\n\r\n      <ul class=\"afx-refund-policy-list\">\r\n        <li>the service has been fully performed or delivered;<\/li>\r\n        <li>custom analysis, reporting, configuration, or implementation has started;<\/li>\r\n        <li>you requested immediate service performance and AtlantisFX has started work;<\/li>\r\n        <li>you received, accessed, downloaded, used, approved, or relied on the deliverable;<\/li>\r\n        <li>the issue results from incorrect, incomplete, delayed, or missing information provided by you;<\/li>\r\n        <li>you changed your mind after work started, unless mandatory withdrawal rights apply;<\/li>\r\n        <li>you failed to provide access, materials, approvals, instructions, or cooperation required for delivery;<\/li>\r\n        <li>the service was suspended because of non-payment, abuse, security risk, or breach of terms;<\/li>\r\n        <li>third-party tools, licenses, plugins, domains, hosting, APIs, or payment processor charges are non-refundable;<\/li>\r\n        <li>the refund request is made after substantial completion or after a reasonable review period;<\/li>\r\n        <li>the request is based only on rankings, traffic, leads, sales, revenue, AI search appearance, or other outcomes that AtlantisFX did not guarantee.<\/li>\r\n      <\/ul>\r\n\r\n      <p>\r\n        AtlantisFX does not guarantee first-page Google rankings, AI search inclusion, ChatGPT-style answer\r\n        appearance, local map ranking, organic traffic growth, conversions, sales, leads, revenue, platform\r\n        approval, indexing speed, or third-party algorithm behavior.\r\n      <\/p>\r\n    <\/section>\r\n\r\n    <section id=\"refund-timing\" class=\"afx-refund-policy-section\">\r\n      <div class=\"afx-refund-section-number\">11<\/div>\r\n      <h2>Refund Review, Payment Method, and Processing Time<\/h2>\r\n\r\n      <p>\r\n        AtlantisFX reviews refund requests individually. The review may include checking the payment record,\r\n        service scope, delivery status, project communication, work performed, third-party costs, subscription\r\n        period, legal rights, and evidence provided by the client.\r\n      <\/p>\r\n\r\n      <p>\r\n        Approved refunds are normally returned to the original payment method where technically possible\r\n        and legally appropriate. If the original method is unavailable, expired, closed, failed, or blocked,\r\n        AtlantisFX may request additional information to identify a reasonable alternative method.\r\n      <\/p>\r\n\r\n      <p>\r\n        After AtlantisFX initiates an approved refund, the time needed for the funds to appear depends on\r\n        the payment processor, bank, card network, payment method, country, currency, fraud checks, and\r\n        intermediary systems. AtlantisFX cannot guarantee exact bank processing times after the refund\r\n        has been submitted.\r\n      <\/p>\r\n\r\n      <p>\r\n        Currency conversion, bank charges, card issuer fees, payment provider charges, and exchange-rate\r\n        differences may affect the final amount received.
